Starkey will host a free endorsed webinar for hearing practitioners to learn about recent updates and enhancements to its Pro Fit software.
Starkey said participants would learn everything they need to know to fit Edge AI hearing aids using Starkey Pro in the one-hour webinar, on 14 October 2025.

Speakers will be audiologists, Dr Judy Grobstein, Starkey’s regional director of education and audiology – Asia Pacific, and Mr Steven Le, Starkey’s consumer support specialist and trainer ANZ.
Pro Fit is Starkey’s professional fitting software for its current product portfolios.
“Achieving positive patient outcomes requires a variety of strategies to ensure a successful hearing aid fitting,” Starkey said. “This course will discuss the Pro Fit software and break down the most recent updates and enhancements.”
Pro Fit was built from the ground up based on input from hearing care professionals around the globe. Starkey said it offered conveniences that practitioners had been asking for from fitting to follow-up.
“We understand that a modern, best-in-class fitting experience is what you and your patients expect from us,” Starkey said on its website. “We delivered that with a design focused on efficiency, ease of use, and a seamless fitting experience.
“It is professional fitting software designed by professionals for professionals that delivers the best fit the first time. It makes fitting patients with hearing aids easier, more efficient and more effective.”
The software includes preparation, fitting and follow up sessions to guide practitioners through the right stage of the patient’s journey when they need it.

Pro Fit includes:
- Minute Fit — Starkey’s trademarked methodology that allows hearing practitioners to go from box to best fit in four clicks.
- Demo Tools — This provides two industry firsts:
1. The ability to perform a live streaming demo mode allowing patients to actively stream from a compatible device while connected to Pro Fit for seamless customisation of the streaming frequency response.
2. The ability for patients to practise user controls while connected to Pro Fit and hear the associated indicators.
- Session Notes – These simplify the fitting process, increase accuracy, and save time by tracking adjustments and serving them up as a saved NOAH Journal file or with a quick copy interface to paste into the practitioner’s office management system.
The webinar is from 1pm to 2pm AEST (UTC+ 10:00 Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne), 10am AWST (Perth, Singapore) and 3pm NZDT (New Zealand) on 14 October 2025.
It attracts 1.5 ACAud inc. HAASA endorsed CPD points with the passing of a quiz and one AudA endorsed CPD point (category 1.2).
