Specsavers continues to be recognised for trusted service in Australia and New Zealand, receiving a highly commended title in the audiology category of the 26th Annual Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey.
The organisation said the acknowledgement reinforced its reputation as a trusted provider of hearing care in Australia and New Zealand.
The recognition is based on consumer votes and independent research conducted by
Reader’s Digest, which surveyed 4,300 Australians and 1,800 New Zealanders across a wide demographic to identify the brands they trust most.
Specsavers Audiology Australia received the ‘highly commended’ award in the hearing services’ category for the fifth year in a row, while Specsavers Audiology New Zealand was highly commended for the fourth time in 2026.
Tom Craw, Specsavers Audiology managing director, said the commendation reflected Specsavers Audiology’s commitment to making hearing care more accessible and customer-focused.
“We’re proud to be recognised in this year’s Most Trusted Brands survey,” he said. “To receive a high commendation for our audiology services is a great acknowledgement of the care and dedication our teams bring to customers every day.

“Our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable hearing care that people can trust. This recognition shows we’re making a meaningful difference and building strong connections with the communities we serve.
“Every Specsavers team member – from audiology professionals in store to support staff across Australia and New Zealand – has played a part in building this trust and delivering excellent outcomes for customers.”
The Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey is conducted through independent market research. Respondents are asked to rank the brands they trust most across 68 categories in Australia and 67 in New Zealand.
