Specsavers is seeking an experienced audiology professional to establish and grow a new audiology business in Hamilton, supporting access to high‑quality, affordable hearing care for the South‑West Victorian community.

About the opportunity
- Lead and grow audiology services in Hamilton and surrounding communities
- Deliver truly customer‑centric hearing care with a strong local focus
- Build meaningful relationships with referrers and the wider community
- Recruit, develop, and lead your own team
- Operate with autonomy while being fully supported by Specsavers.
The offer
- Guaranteed salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super (paid fortnightly)
- Annual profit share once the business is profitable (paid monthly)
- Future value of shares in the business you help build (paid on retirement or exit)
- $20,000 sign‑on bonus to support your lifestyle or relocation
- Relocation support up to $5,000, including short‑term accommodation if required
