Bloom Hearing Specialists has opened its new Warilla store which it says showcases the future opportunities available for professionals looking to build a rewarding career in hearing care.
Bloom Hearing says the store in Warilla, a coastal suburb in NSW’s Illawarra region, brings a fresh, modern hearing care experience to the local community.
“Designed to be welcoming, accessible and customer-focused, the new store reflects Bloom Hearing’s vision for the future of hearing care, combining innovative design, leading technology and exceptional people to create a truly personalised customer experience,” the company says.
The store’s hearing care coordinator Fatimah Eid says the opening of the new store is about more than just a new location.
“I love working in the new Warilla store because we have the opportunity to help a community who we haven’t previously been able to support,” she said.
“Hearing care is such a rewarding industry because we can genuinely change people’s lives. “Seeing someone reconnect with family, friends and the world around them through better hearing is incredibly special.”
Working alongside her is audiologist Nam Fan (Ivis) Ng, who is passionate about helping customers improve their hearing and quality of life through personalised care and expert advice.
Bloom Hearing says that, together, they will support customers through every stage of their hearing journey, from hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings to ongoing care and support.
Bloom Hearing Specialists’ managing director, Grant Ewer said the new Warilla store represents the next generation of hearing care.

“We’re investing heavily in the future of hearing care and the future of our people,” he said.
“The new Warilla store represents the direction Bloom Hearing Specialists is heading – modern, customer-focused environments supported by passionate people and leading technology. We’re creating exceptional experiences for both our customers and our team members.”
Ewer said the company continues to invest in creating exciting career opportunities for hearing care coordinators, audiologists and customer-focused professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
“As we continue to grow, we’re always looking for great people who are passionate about helping others and want to be part of something exciting,” he said. “If you’re looking for a career where you can make a genuine difference in people’s lives, while working in a modern environment with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.”
Eid says that’s exactly what makes Bloom Hearing Specialists special.
“Bloom is an incredible employer. While we’re part of a large global organisation (WSA), our focus remains firmly on supporting local communities,” she said. “We have the resources, technology and expertise of a global business, but we still provide personalised care and build meaningful relationships with our customers every day.”
