Support to help you succeed

  • Comprehensive 2.5‑week induction covering clinical standards and business management
  • Full business and administrative support including payroll, marketing, IT, accounts payable, and supply chain
  • Ongoing business, clinical, and professional guidance from a dedicated support office
  • Proven systems that allow you to focus on your customers and clinical excellence.

 Remuneration & benefits

  • Guaranteed salary $100,000–$110,000 + super
  • Monthly profit share once the business is profitable
  • Long‑term share value in the business you build
  • Five weeks annual leave + birthday leave
  • Two free pairs of glasses per year.

About you

  • Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud inc. HAASA
  • Have 2+ years’ post‑QP clinical experience
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
  • Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency.
