Support to help you succeed
- Comprehensive 2.5‑week induction covering clinical standards and business management
- Full business and administrative support including payroll, marketing, IT, accounts payable, and supply chain
- Ongoing business, clinical, and professional guidance from a dedicated support office
- Proven systems that allow you to focus on your customers and clinical excellence.
Remuneration & benefits
- Guaranteed salary $100,000–$110,000 + super
- Monthly profit share once the business is profitable
- Long‑term share value in the business you build
- Five weeks annual leave + birthday leave
- Two free pairs of glasses per year.
About you
- Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud inc. HAASA
- Have 2+ years’ post‑QP clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
- Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency.
